Description: Burqas and Mesas in Abu Dhabi, situated on Miocene rock outcrops from Abu Dhabi Island to Sila'a, are essential habitats. Mostly within 50km of the coast and extending west, these erosion-resistant, flat-topped hills (5-15m high) have a hard Miocene layer. They're vital for nesting birds, roosting bats, and hold cultural importance. The flora includes Haloxylon salicornicum, Salsola cyclophylla, Calligonum, etc. Species such as the Desert Eagle Owl, Lilith Owlet, and Red Fox live here.||البرقع والمساس في أبو ظبي، الموجودة على تكوينات صخرية من العصر الطباشيري من جزيرة أبو ظبي إلى سيلاع، هي مواطن حيوية. تقع معظمها على بعد 50 كم من الساحل وتمتد نحو الغرب، هذه التلال المسطحة المقاومة للتآكل (5-15 مترًا)
