High levels of carbonate are generally confined to south-eastern areas of the Emirate. The interpretation for ‘Carbonate Source’ evaluates the probability of finding soil containing calcium carbonate. The ratings are for soils in their natural condition. Present land use is not considered. Calcium carbonate is mainly used in the construction industry. The assessment for carbonate source was based on the presence/absence method. The presence of carbonate in soil components of map units was based on their taxonomic classification. || يُظهر توزيع الكربونات على الخريطة.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>تُوجد مستويات عالية من الكربونات بشكل عام في المناطق الواقعة جنوب شرق الإمارة. يقوم تفسير "مصدر الكربونات" بتقييم احتمالية العثور على تربة تحتوي على كربونات الكالسيوم. يتم تصنيف التربة في حالتها الطبيعية دون أخذ الاستخدام الحالي للأراضي في الاعتبار.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>تُستخدم كربونات الكالسيوم بشكل أساسي في صناعة البناء والتشييد.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>تم إجراء التقييم لمصدر الكربونات باستخدام طريقة الحضور/الغياب. تم تحديد وجود الكربونات في مكونات التربة بوحدات الخريطة استنادًا إلى تصنيفها التصنيفي.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
